NEW STEW: Watch May’s Episode Of Book Stew with WBUR’s Bruce Gellerman

WILMINGTON, MA — In the May Book Stew episode, host Eileen MacDougall introduces WBUR reporter Bruce Gellerman, who’s been with Boston’s NPR station for many years. He’s also written three books about the oddities of Boston, Massachusetts, and New England, but is probably most notorious for reporting on his own knee replacement during the operation!

Bruce’s latest literary effort, now in progress, is an in-depth look at the chase and capture of the Tsernaev brothers in Watertown, after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. On Book Stew, Bruce reveals his skepticism about the many contradictory “facts” of this skill highly shared story.
