St. Thomas & St. Dorothy’s To Hold Easter Food Drive

WILMINGTON, MA — The Charities Committee at St. Thomas and St. Dorothy’s is holding its annual Easter Food Drive to make dinner baskets for some families within its parish. Donations can be left inside the entrances of both churches during the weekend of April 1st and 2nd.

Requested Items (nothing perishable please):

  • Lasagna Noodles or Stuffed Shell Noodles
  • Ziti, Rigatoni, or Spaghetti
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Grated Cheese
  • Canned Veggies (corn, green beans, peas, carrots)
  • Instant Potatoes
  • Gravy
  • Rice
  • Bisquick/Jiffy Baking Mix
  • Pancake Syrup
  • Coffee, Tea, or Hot Cocoa
  • Canned Fruit or Applesauce
  • Brownie Mix
  • Cake Mix & Frosting
  • Pie Filling & Crust
  • Jar or Can of Peanuts
  • Easter Candy
  • Grocery Store Gift Cards (any denomination is very welcome &
    appreciated)

If you are interested in donating a complete Easter Dinner for a family, the cost is estimated at approximately $50.00. Monetary donations or gift cards can be brought to the Parish Offices, marked “Easter Dinners,” no later than April 1st.
