WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, January 1, 2017:
- Action Ambulance requesting police assistance with a patient at Care One At Wilmington attacking crew and staff. Crew was able to transport patient. (4:01am)
- Green 2009 Toyota Corolla rolled over on 93 North, near Exit 40. Wilmington Police notified State Police. No injuries noted. (5:04am)
- A white 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis struck a RMLD pole on Woburn Street. Car towed. No injuries noted. Police requested DPW sand the area. (8:05am)
- A Houghton Road caller reported that twice of the last 2 weeks, he located an empty alcohol container at edge of his property and his driveway marker pulled out of the ground. He wanted the incident logged. (10:37am)
- A Roosevelt Road caller reported her large front window just shattered. She did not see any car or person that may have caused it. Police responded. A rock was thrown through the window. Police checked the area and did not locate anyone suspicious. Resident requested extra patrols. (8:32pm)
- A Lake Street resident reported someone shot through her window approximately 45 minutes ago. (9:36pm)
- A Grove Avenue resident reported a rock was thrown through his window. He noted a small dark colored SUV left on Cottage Street towards Main Street. Police stopped the vehicle in question on Mass Avenue and determined the vehicle was not involved. (10:45pm)
