WILMINGTON, MA — Here are 5 things you need to know in Wilmington for Sunday, December 18, 2016.
#1) According to the National Weather Service, Wilmington will see rain, mainly before 4pm. Patchy fog before 2pm. High near 54. South wind 9 to 13 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
#2) Boston Auctions (355 Middlesex Avenue) is holding its weekly Indoor Flea Market from 8am to 4pm. Learn more HERE.
#3) Several Wilmington High School teams are in action:
- 10:00am — BOYS & GIRLS Varsity Cross Country compete at Winter Festival at Reggie Lewis Field House
- 4:30pm — BOYS JV Ice Hockey @ Burlington
#4) 36 students from Wilmington Dance Academy are preparing to perform in North Atlantic Dance Theatre’s The Nutcracker. The Nutcracker will appear at Larcom Performing Arts Theatre (13 Wallis Street, Beverly, MA) for one weekend only: Friday, December 16th at 8pm, Saturday, December 17th at 4pm & 8pm, and Sunday, December 18th at 4pm.
