5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (August 5, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Friday, August 5, 2016.

#1) The Wilmington-based Children’s Theatre Workshop presents Shrek: The Musical this Friday, August 5 at 7pm and Saturday, August 6 at 7pm at the Methuen High Performing Arts Center (1 Ranger Road, Methuen). Tickets cost $12 and can be purchased online at http://www.brownpapertickets.com or at the door.  The family-friendly play features a cast of 40 kids, many from Wilmington, and promises to deliver your favorite Shrek characters and songs.

#2) Pacific Grove (211 Lowell Street) is hosting Karaoke from Winnell Entertainment at 8pm.

#3) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is hosting TWO programs — Active Games: Ages 3 to  6 (9:30am-10:15am) and Active Games: Grades 1 to 3 (11am-11:45am). Learn more and register HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its regular Friday activities — Video Exercise (10am); Special Exercise (11am); Bingo (1pm); and Cards (1pm).
