5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (August 4, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Thursday, August 4, 2016.

#1) The annual Wilmington Police Beach Day takes place from 11am to 2pm at the Town Beach. The event includes a free cookout for all residents, plus a DJ, contests and family fun. This is a great opportunity to thank the men and women in blue for their service to Wilmington!

#2) The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce is holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the recently opened Triple Nickel Auto Body & Repair (555 Main Street) at 10am.

#3) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding FOUR programs today — Baby Times (9:30am-10am); Time For Twos (10:30am-11am); Crafternoons: Stenciled Tote Bags (3:30pm-4:30pm); and an Author Visit from Michelle Hoover at 7pm. Learn more and, if necessary, register HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its normal Thursday activities — Walking Group (9am); Bocce (9:30am); Art Class (10am); Aerobics (10:30am); Knitting (11am); and Game Day (1pm).
