5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (July 30, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Saturday, July 30, 2016.

#1) The fourth annual Bags & Beers Cornhole Tournament to support the National MS Society’s Greater New England Chapter takes place at 1pm outside Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall.  Learn more about this fundraiser HERE.

#2) Wilmington Boy Scouts Troop 136, of the Friendship Lodge and American Legion, are collecting donations for the V.A. hospital in Bedford from 9am to noon at the Friendship Lodge (32 Church Street). The team is seeking donations of soap, shampoo, shaving cream, mouthwash, dental floss, hand sanitizer, baby powder, conditioner, razors, toothpaste, tissues, foot powder, deodorant, and Q-tips.

#3) Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road) is holding a dinosaur show (“Discover the Dinosaurs Unleashed”) today and tomorrow, from 10am to 7pm. General admission tickets cost $26 for children; $22 for adults; and $19 for seniors. Learn more HERE.

#4) Attention Wilmington hockey players!  Cooke’s Skate Supply (446 Main Street) is holding a store-wide 15%-off sale this weekend — Saturday (9am-5pm) and Sunday (noon-4pm).

#5) There is a yard sale at 110 Nichols Street, 8:30am-1:30pm, with tons of baby and kids toys & clothes.
