WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Senior Center is hosting a free Alcohol Ink Painting class on Friday, July 8 at 10:30am. This free class will show participants a new technique in painting done on ceramic title. Participants will be able to bring their work home. Check out the artwork in the Center’s main lobby for examples. Due to limited supplies, registration is required by signing up at the Center’s Front Desk.
The Wilmington Senior Center has opened its Bocce Court for the summer. Bocce games are organized every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:30am. Seniors may play anytime between 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday, as long as they check in at the Front Desk first. In addition, Jack Cushing has invited seniors to participate in a Bocce Tournament at his home on Thursday, August 25 at 10:30am. Space is limited and registration at the Center’s Front Desk is required.
