WILMINGTON, MA — We’re One Wilmington loves a challenge and this summer the organization challenges all residents to make the community even stronger, one act of kindness at a time.
WOW is launching its first ever “1,000 Acts of Kindness” Challenge, asking residents to post acts of kindness they’ve committed to the group’s Facebook page from July 1, 2016 through August 31, 2016. WOW hopes to record 1,000 individual acts of kindness in the 2-month period.
Other Ways To Support WOW’s Challenge:
- Residents can submit their acts of kindness via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. WOW will then post them on its Facebook page.
- Residents can submit examples of acts of kindness for WOW to suggest to its members. Email email@example.com with suggestions.
- Residents can submit ideas on how the WOW Board of Directors should “celebrate”if the organization’s 1,000 acts of kindness goal is met. Funny costumes? Pink hair? Tattoos? (OK, probably not tattoos.) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with suggestions.
As an added incentive, throughout the summer, WOW will be randomly recognizing people who contribute to the challenge. Start today!
