WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Thursday, June 30, 2016.
#1) The Wilmington Fun on the Fourth begins tonight at the Town Common! The schedule, courtesy of the Fourth of July Committee’s website, is below:

- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Rotary Club, $8 (BBQ – Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Lemonade, Cookie)
Entertainment
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Carnival
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Concert with WHS Alumni Band
- 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Concert with Bailout (sponsored by Rotary)
Events
- 6:00 PM Horseshoes (First Round) (Participants must sign a Consent Form. Under 18 signed by a parent.)
- 6:00 PM 3 on 3 Basketball – Age Categories: [16 & 17 (6:00 PM)]; [18 & up (6:30 PM)]; [40 & over (7:00 PM)]
- 6:30 PM Road Race (Participants must sign a Consent Form. Under 18 must be signed by a parent.)
- 7:30 PM Blueberry Pie Eating Contest (Participants must sign a Release of Liability Form. Under 18 signed by a parent.)
- 8:45 PM Free Children’s Movie (provided by Rotary Club)
#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding a Baby Times Storytime (under two) from 9:30am to 10am and Time For Twos Storytime from 10:30am to 11am. Learn more HERE. Also, the library closes early at 5pm due to the Fun on the Fourth.
#3) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its normal Thursday activities — Walking Group (9am); Art Class (10am); Aerobics (10:30am); Knitting (11am); and Games Day (1pm). Learn more HERE.

#5) Tremezzo (2 Lowell Street) is providing live music with pianist Ricky Lauria from 8pm to 10:30pm.
