WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Monday, May 2, 2016.
#1) The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce and Wilmington Memorial Library invites new residents to attend the ‘Welcome to Wilmington Reception’ from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the Wilmington Memorial Library’s Meeting Room. Learn more HERE.
#2) In addition to the ‘Welcome to Wilmington’ Reception, the Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding THREE programs — Wilmington Community Playgroup (9:30am); Couponers (noon to 2pm); & Adult Coloring Group (7pm-8pm). Learn more and, if required, register HERE.
#3) WHS Boys Tennis hosts Arlington at 3:30pm at Wilmington High. WHS Girls Tennis travels to Arlington at 3:30pm at Grove Street Courts. WHS Baseball travels to Burlington at 3:45pm at Francis Wyman School. WHS Softball travels to Burlington at 4:10pm at Marvin Field.
#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its typical Monday activities — Blood Pressure Clinic (9:30am); SBF Exercise (9:45am); Special Exercise (11am); Knitting/Crocheting (11am); and Quilting (1pm).
#5) The Wilmington High School CATS (Choral & Theatre Support Group) holds their monthly meeting at 7pm in the High School’s Large Instruction Room.
