WILMINGTON, MA — The 5th Annual Chern Memorial Golf Tournament, in honor of popular Wilmington Middle School social studies teacher Doug Chernovetz who passed away in 2011 at the age of 42, has been announced for Saturday, June 18 at the Mohegan Sun Golf Club (7 Downs Lane, Baltic, CT). Registration begins at 10:30am. Shotgun start at 12:30pm. A reception with awards and raffles will take place at 5pm.
Registration costs $150 per player and $600 per foursome. Registration includes unlimited driving range use, unlimited food on course, two drink tickets, prizes and raffle gifts. Tournament is a scramble format.

All net proceeds benefit the Doug Chernovetz Memorial Scholarship Fund, benefiting promising young students attending Lawrence Catholic Academy.
