Waltham Street Property Sells For $2.9 Million

WILMINGTON, MA — GFI Partners, Inc. — the owners of the former Sweethearts Plastic headquarters at 1 Burlington Avenue — recently purchased an industrial building at 5 Waltham Street, off of Route 62.

According to the New England Real Estate Journal, the 83,180 sq. ft. building, situated on 5.9 acres of land, sold for $2.9 million.

The building is currently home to Brooks Bargain, which sells new, used and refurbished office furniture.

The seller, Bill-Den, LLC, was represented by Chris Everest, President of Nordlund Associates, Inc. The buyer, GFI Partners, Inc., was represented by James and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company.
