POLICE LOG for February 20: Credit Card Fraud, Car vs. Tree, Car vs. Deer

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, February 20, 2016:

  • Police received multiple 911 calls reporting a loud party and possibly a fight occuring on Pouliot Place. (1:27am)
  • K9 Ridic underwent training at the Wilmington DPW Headquarters on Andover Street. (9:20am)
  • A Church Street resident reported his information was used to open an unauthorized Kohl’s credit card. (10:24am)
  • A King Street resident reported a fraudulent Walmart credit card was opened in her name without her authority. (2:54pm)
  • Police assisted in unlocking a motor vehicle with a 1.5 year old unrestrained inside. (3:51pm)
  • A green 2001 Honda Accord struck 3 mailboxes, a wall and a tree on Woburn Street. No injuries noted. Car was towed. (5:05pm)
  • A gray 2005 Subaru Forester struck and killed a deer on Burlington Avenue. (4:37pm)
