5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (December 23, 2015)

Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Wednesday, December 23, 2015.

#1) Many Wilmington residents are gathering at 4pm at Rotary Park, across from the Public Safety Building, to show appreciation to members of the Wilmington Police and Fire Departments.  Learn how you can participate HERE.

#2) The Wilmington Police Department offers safety seat installs at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) every Wednesday, 10am-2pm. No appointment is necessary, but calling ahead at 978-658-5071 is recommended. Learn more HERE.

#3) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its normal Wednesday activities — Exercising at 9:45am and 11am; Country Line Dancing at 1pm; and Gentle Yoga at 4:15pm. Learn more HERE.

#4) WHS Boys Basketball hosts Melrose at 5pm at Wilmington High. WHS Girls Hockey battles Melrose at 5pm at the Viglirolo Rink in Belmont. WHS Boys Hockey play in the Championship of the Haverhill Holiday Tournament at 7pm at Haverhill High.  WHS Girls Basketball hosts Melrose at 7pm at Wilmington High.

#5) Today is the final day to see Wilmington 7-year-old Joshua Gillespie in “A Christmas Carol” at 7pm at The North Shore Music Theatre. Learn more HERE.
