10 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (October 23, 2015)

Here are TEN things to do today in Wilmington on Friday, October 23, 2015.

#1) Haunted Woods holds its third night at the Harnden Tavern (430 Salem Street) from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for children. Learn more HERE.

#2) The Sarah DJ Carter Committee invites Wilmington residents to a wonderful night of FREE music. Performer George Lyons will perform a musical tribute to Frank Sinatra, from 7pm to 9pm, in the Wilmington Middle School Auditorium (25 Carter Lane).  Learn more HERE.

#3) St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church is holding a Benefit Concert at 8pm at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall (126 Middlesex Avenue). The concert will feature Bailout, an eclectic 8-piece cover band that plays a variety of styles, including rock, hip-hop, funk, jazz, ska and reggae. #4) The Wilmington Sons of Italy is holding its Sixth Annual Italian Heritage Golf Classic in celebration of October as Italian Heritage Month today at the Merrimack Valley Golf Club in Methuen. Learn more HERE.

#5) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding three programs today — Mini Monets (18 months-old to 2 year-olds) at 10am; Needleworkers from 10am to noon; and MCBA Book Club Meeting (Grades 4-6) at 3:45pm. Learn more HERE.

#6) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its normal Friday activities — Video Exercise (10am); Special Exercise (11am); Bingo (1pm) and Cards (1pm). Learn more HERE.

#8) If you attend tonight’s WHS Football game, make sure to visit the Texas Roadhouse table. 10% of all Texas Roadhouse giftcard sales will be donated to the Wilmington High Marching Band. Learn more HERE.
