WILMINGTON, MA — 42 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log on Sunday, September 13. Here are FIVE highlights:
- A vehicle struck a fence, mailbox and shrubs are 87 Chestnut Street before striking 3 vehicles in the driveway at 83 Chestnut Street. No injuries noted. (7:04am)
- K9 Ridic and Officer Palmer gave a demonstration at the Middlesex District Attorney’s “Back To School” event in Woburn. (10:05am)
- A caller reported an ATV was being driven around the Town Hall area. Caller was concerned that the fields would get ripped up. ATV was gone by the time the police arrived. (3:32pm)
- A Border Avenue caller reported dirt bikes and ATV’s racing up and down his street. Bikes and ATV’s last seen heading towards Jimmy’s Garage. Police located one of the ATV’s in the woods on the trails in Woburn. (4:21pm) The caller called back reporting the ATVs and dirt bikes were back, speeding up and down the road. Caller believed they were coming form the behind the old town dump. Bikes and ATV’s were gone upon arrival. (5:03pm)
- A Woburn Street caller reported yelling outside his home. Police asked partygoers go back inside. (8:23pm)
