5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (September 17, 2015)

Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Thursday, September 17, 2015.

#1) Wilmington Elderly Services Commission meets at 1:30pm at Wilmington Senior Center. Read the agenda HERE. Wilmington Water & Sewer Commission meets at 5:30pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding three events — a presentation on Scollay Square (2:30pm); “Crafternoons: Denim & Cork” for teens (3:45pm); and a Book Group Meeting discussing ‘The Kind Worth Killing’ by Peter Swanson. Learn more and register HERE.

#3) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its normal Thursday activities — Walking Group (9am); Computer Class (9:15am); Bocce (9:30am); Art Class (10am); Aerobics (10:30am); and Games Day (1pm). Learn more HERE.

#5) WHS Boys Soccer travels to Belmont High for a 6pm game. WHS Girls Soccer hosts Belmont at 6pm at Wilmington High.

PLUS: Wilmington Middle School is hosting its “Back To School Night” for parents from 6:30pm to 8pm.

PLUS: Red Heat Tavern (300 Lowell Street) is hosting live music with Bob Wolfman at 8pm.
