Wilmington’s Panera Bread Is Now Under New Ownership

NOTE: Wilmington’s Panera Bread is located at 228 Main Street in Wilmington Plaza.

NEWTON, MA — PR Management Corp., a Panera Bread franchisee, announced its acquisition of 29 bakery-cafes in Massachusetts from Panera, LLC last week. In addition to the 29 acquired cafes, PR Management Corp. has also entered into a restaurant development agreement with Panera, LLC to open 14 bakery-cafes in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
