WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington High School Alumni Band and the Buzzell Senior Center “Fun Singers” are joining forces to present a special concert on Wednesday, August 5 at 6pm on the Wilmington Town Common.
“This is a night of music you do not want to miss!,” reads the Senior Center’s announcement, posted to its website earlier this week. “Both the youth and seniors of Wilmington will be performing wonderful music. Students who graduated from Wilmington High School and played in the band will be reuniting and playing together. The ‘Fun Singers’ will also be playing a collection of their favorite songs!”
All ages are welcome to this free outdoor performance. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair.
