#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is running a program — “Protect Your Nest Egg” — at 7pm. “Attorneys Raymond Cannon and Bridget Murray will talk about how to preserve your assets during your lifetime: liability protection, the new Homestead Law, asset transfers, long term care insurance, and Medicaid planning. They will also address how you can protect your assets after you die: probate avoidance, estate tax minimization or elimination.” Register HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its usual Thursday activities — Walking Group at 9am; Art Class at 10am; and Aerobics at 10:30am. Sign-ups begin for the Center’s annual cookout on Tuesday. July 7. Tickets cost $7. Learn more HERE. At 7pm, come see the Delvena Theatre’s production of “Merman, Minnie, Mae & Me” on the Swain Green, as the Center kicks off its “Splash Into A Happy Summer” series of fun programs for seniors.
