WILMINGTON, MA — Did you graduate from Wilmington High School? Would you like to own a piece of the old building? Here’s your chance!
At Tuesday’s Board of Selectmen Meeting, Town Manager Jeff Hull announced that the Public Buildings Department will be distributing bricks from the old high school — free of charge — next month.
Alumni and interested parties will have three opportunities to receive a brick. The distribution dates and times were announced as follows:
- Tuesday, June 16, 2pm to 4pm
- Thursday, June 18, 4pm to 6pm – CANCELLED (bricks sold out, 6/17)
- Wednesday, June 24, 4pm to 6pm – CANCELLED (bricks sold out, 6/17)
The giveaways will take place at the Public Buildings Department’s Headquarters at 30 Church Street.
The Town has been provided with a limited supply of approximately 500 bricks. Interested parties may take no more than four bricks.
