Denise E. LaVine, “Denny”, age 62, of Haverhill, formerly of Wilmington, passed away suddenly on May 17, 2015, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. Denny was a graduate of Wilmington High School and was employed at Alpha Industries, Zenica Resins, and Walmart until a back injury forced an early retirement.
Denny will always be remembered for her unyielding care and love for her family and for all the moments she shared with her nieces and nephews that she loved so much. She will be deeply missed.
Denise was the cherished daughter of Madeline (Valente) LaVine of Wilmington and the late Richard LaVine, she was the dear sister of Patricia Langston & her husband Malcolm of Haverhill, Richard LaVine & his wife Janet of Tewksbury, Stephen LaVine of Lowell, Mark LaVine & his wife Holly of Nashua, NH, and Todd LaVine & his wife Camille of Reading. Denny was also the loving aunt of several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Thursday, May 21st at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. Interment Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 20th from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
