The Wilmington Memorial Library held its first annual Teen Job Fair last Wednesday, April 22, from 4pm to 6pm. The event, organized by Teen Librarian Alison Schwartz, was a huge success. More than 100 area teenagers attended to learn about local job and volunteer opportunities from Burger King, Dave & Buster’s, Market Basket, Panera, Read Heat Tavern, Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center, WCTV, YMCA Reading, Wilmington Department of Public Works, and Wilmington Memorial Library.
