WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Middle School administration will present proposed schedule, staffing and programmatic changes for the 2015-2016 school year TONIGHT — Thursday, March 19 at 6:30pm — in the Middle School Auditorium. The proposal, according to an email from Interim Principal Ralph Olsen, will address “the restoration of the Grade 8 teams; incorporating a rotation in the schedule; and providing additional time for mathematics, writing, reading and academic support.” Parents of students currently in grades 5, 6 and 7 are encouraged to attend and provide feedback before the proposal is brought before the School Committee.
WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Middle School PAC is holding a creative fundraiser TOMORROW — Friday, March 20 — to raise funds for school recess equipment. During their lunch period, students will have the opportunity to duct tape the school’s principals to vending machines! It’ll cost them $1 per strip of duct tap, or 6 strips for $5. The PAC is still seeking donations of rolls of duct tape. Learn how to donate HERE.
