WILMINGTON, MA — Want an encouraging sign that Spring is less than three weeks away? Wilmington High’s eight spring sports programs recently announced the details surrounding their sign-ups. Meeting dates, times and locations are as followed:
- On Monday, March 2, the Girls Lacrosse team is holding sign-ups in the WHS Cafe at 2:30pm.
- On Tuesday, March 3, the Boys Lacrosse team is holding sign-ups in the WHS Cafe at 2:15pm.
- On Thursday, March 5, the Girls Tennis team is holding sign-ups in Coach Hackett’s Classroom (WHS Room 3-067) at 2:10pm.
- On Thursday, March 5, the Boys Tennis team is holding sign-ups in the WHS Cafe at 2:10pm.
- On Thursday, March 5, the Girls Softball team is holding sign-ups in the WHS Cafe at 2:15pm.
- On Monday, March 9, the Girls Track team is holding sign-ups in the WHS Cafe at 2:15pm.
- On Monday, March 9, the Boys Baseball team is holding sign-ups in the WHS Cafe at 2:10pm.
- On Tuesday, March 10, the Boys Track team is holding sign-ups in Coach Kinney’s Classroom (WHS Room 2-030) at 2:10pm.
Other pertinent dates:
- A required parent/athlete meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11 at 6pm at WHS.
- Tryouts sessions begin on Monday, March 16 after school.
- Team Picture Day is scheduled for Thursday, March 26 at 2:15pm.
