WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, April 7, 2026:
J. Griffin (19, Homeless) was served a summons for OUI Liquor; Marked Lanes Violation; Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; and Speeding. A 1-vehicle car crash occurred on Shawsheen Avenue. 2 parties were injured. Griffin was transported to Lahey Hospital with injuries. (2:18am)
Police received report of landscaping trucks parked on both sides of Harris Street, hindering traffic. Police responded. One of the trucks was moved. (8:35am)
A party turned in a lost scarf at the police station. (4:21pm)
Police spoke with four juveniles that had been riding their e-bikes in the roadway near Simards on Main Street. (4:57pm)
