WILMINGTON, MA — Mary R. (Greco) LaRaia, age 97, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026, at Windsor Place of Wilmington.
Born on January 20, 1929, in Cambridge, Mary was the beloved daughter of the late Antonetta (Fortuna) Greco and Salvatore Greco, and one of three children. She lived a long and meaningful life defined by her deep devotion to family and her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. Her faith was her guiding force, and she was happy to share it with others.
Mary was the devoted wife of Anthony “Andy” LaRaia. She will be remembered for her immense generosity, warm spirit, and the genuine kindness she extended to everyone she met. Her caring nature and compassionate heart left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Mary was the daughter of Antonetta (Fortuna) Greco and Salvator Greco. She is survived by her loving daughters, Susan Price and her husband Rich Price of Wilmington, and Andrea Giorgio and her husband Philip Giorgio of Carlsbad, California. She was a cherished grandmother to Mark Price and Christina Byron and her husband Russell Byron. She is also survived by her nephew David Greco.
Mary will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Windsor Place for their impeccable care and support.
A private funeral service will be held for immediate family on April 15, 2026, at Nichols Funeral Home in Wilmington.
