FISH & FLOODS: Walk & Talk At Martin’s Brook In Wilmington On April 18

Below is an announcement from the Ipswich River Watershed Association:

WILMINGTON, MA — Join the Headwaters Stream Team and Town of Wilmington staff to explore Martins Brook and the site of a future stream crossing upgrade on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10am.

You’ll hear about the history of this site, why this project is important, and how it impacts everything from flooding to fish and wildlife. This effort is funded in part by the Massachusetts Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Program.

Meet at Access Drive, just west of Shea Concrete (773 Salem Street).

This walk & talk has a rain date of Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 10am.
