LOWELL, MA — The Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA) is working to make bus service better in and around Lowell, including the Wilmington routes.
LRTA has developed draft recommendations for improvements to the bus network and individual routes, and they want your feedback.
These recommendations include changes to where buses operate, how early or late the buses run, and how often they arrive.
