WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for March 19, 2026

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, March 19, 2026:

A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Main Street, near CVS. No injuries noted. Both vehicles towed. (9:52am)

Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout with child inside. (10:59am)

A caller reported an elderly driver just struck two parked cars in the Savers parking lot. Police responded. Owners were notified and 2 vehicles were towed. (11:48am)

Fire Department retrieved parties stuck in an elevator at the High School. (12:11pm)

M. Amentola (26, Wilmington) was arrested for Assault & Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Malicious Destruction of Property, and Threatening To Commit A Crime. Police responded to multiple calls of two men fighting in the roadway near Red Heat Tavern on Lowell Street. One caller reported one of the parties threw a rear view mirror at the other. Another caller reported two of the involved parties got into a white Tesla and pulled out of the Burger King parking lot. Another caller reported her boyfriend had just gotten assaulted and then hung up. After a foot pursuit, one of the males was taken into custody. (4:22pm)

Police assisted in securing gas from Speedway to assist motorist out of gas on Middlesex Avenue. (9:58pm)
