S. Buhari (45, Lowell) was served a summons for Assault & Battery. Police responded to call regarding argument between staff and vendor at Quickmart on Ballardvale Street. (8:46am)
S. Thielen (58, Everett) was arrested for Shoplifting By Asportation. Target’s loss prevention department detained a shoplifter. (1:59pm)

M. Amentola (26, Wilmington) was arrested for Assault & Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Malicious Destruction of Property, and Threatening To Commit A Crime. Police responded to multiple calls of two men fighting in the roadway near Red Heat Tavern on Lowell Street. One caller reported one of the parties threw a rear view mirror at the other. Another caller reported two of the involved parties got into a white Tesla and pulled out of the Burger King parking lot. Another caller reported her boyfriend had just gotten assaulted and then hung up. After a foot pursuit, one of the males was taken into custody. (4:22pm)
