WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for March 17, 2026

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, March 17, 2026:

A tree fell onto the roadway, taking down wires, at Aldrich Road and Apache Way. Power is out in neighborhood. Police notified DPW and RMLD. (1:11am)

Police removed an overturned trampoline in the roadway on Salem Street. (3:34am)

A vehicle vs. motorcycle crash occurred at Lowell Street and West Street. Motorcycle was towed. Motorcyclist was cited for marked lanes violation, negligent operation, passing violation, and speed. Grandmother took possession of motorcyclist, who was a 17-year-old juvenile. Police will follow up with RMV to look into license status of motorcyclist. (2:38pm)

Police and State Police responded to disturbance at RMV. Parties were yelling racial slurs and threatening to burn the place down. (4:26pm)

A car struck and killed a deer at Burlington Avenue and Roberts Road. (9:33pm)
