TEWKSBURY, MA — Mary L. (Michaud) (Chambers) Chase, age 91, a longtime resident of Tewksbury, passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Chambers, who passed away in 1982 and the late Arthur Chase, who passed away in 2018.
Born in Chelsea on July 28, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Alfred J. Michaud and the late Margaret E. (Reeves) (Michaud)Marks.
Prior to her retirement in 1997, she worked as an assembler for the Analog Devices Company in Wilmington.
Mary enjoyed playing cribbage and socializing with friends at the Tewksbury Senior Center.
Mary is the mother of Douglas E. Chambers, of Tewksbury, Robin A. Mackey and her husband Anselm, of Jaffrey, NH, Denise M. Demars, of Tewksbury, and the late Robert Chambers, Jr., Mary L. McLaughlin and Margaret R. Chambers. She leaves: nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, her sister, Amelia J. Iannelli, of Arlington, many nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was the sister of the late Florences Arsenault, Margaret Michaud, Alfred Michaud and James Michaud.
Calling hours are Wednesday, March 11, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury. Funeral service will be held Thursday, March 12, at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment to follow at Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East Street, Tewksbury.
