WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, March 8, 2026:
A Gunderson Road caller reported smoke was coming out of his microwave. Fire Department responded. (1:46am)
A car struck a pole at Burlington Avenue and Weber Street. No injuries noted. RMLD and Verizon notified. Vehicle towed. (6:14am)
Anonymous caller reported she saw a missing person from one of the WPD missing posts on social media. Caller said she saw the female walking in Brockton three days ago with a mutual friend. Brockton Police notified and checked address of friend. Juvenile was not at the location. (5:02pm)
