The Wilmington Spotlight Episode 14 – On The Road at Mike Capistran Athletics

The Wilmington Spotlight is now taking to the road! Going forward, Austin will be bringing many of the episodes on location to businesses local to the area to further shine the spotlight on what they do!

In this episode, Austin revisits Mike Capistran from episode 10, this time at his gym, Mike Capistran Athletics.

Watch as Mike explains how the gym works, what equipment gets used most often, and even teaches Austin some exercises!
