WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, March 3, 2026:
A 2-vehicle heads-on collision occurred on Chestnut Street. Airbags deployed. Injuries noted, including possible broken nose. Both vehicles towed. DPW requested to sand area. (3:35pm)
A school bus with students on board got stuck on a hill on Fiorenza Drive, but was able to drive on prior to police arrival. (4:03pm)
A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Lowell Street and 93 South, Exit 31 ramp. Both drivers issued citations, including a failure to yield. No injuries noted. One vehicle towed. (4:49pm)
A vehicle crashed into a snowbank and got stuck on Middlesex Avenue. Vehicle was pulled out by tow. (5:18pm)
A hit and run occurred in the 99 parking lot on Lowell Street. (7:36pm)
