WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for February 23, 2026

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, February 23, 2026:

Police and DPW assisted a stuck tractor trailer on Federal Street. (6:48am)

A vehicle got stuck in a snow bank on the island at Nichols Street and Shawsheen Avenue. Vehicle was towed. (6:53am)

Additional tractor trailers got stuck on Andover Street (7:18am) and Ballardvale Street (7:55am) due to the weather conditions.

Salem Street was temporarily shut down due to a fallen large limb blocking the roadway, with limbs on wires. RMLD responded. (10:46am)

A Ferguson Road caller reported his vehicle was struck by a plow sometime during the storm. (2:59pm)

Vehicle struck a pole on Chestnut Street. Power line came down. Vehicle towed. RMLD responded. Verizon to respond tomorrow. (9:59pm)
