WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, February 22, 2026:
Police noticed a North Reading Transportation mini bus was left running in the bus parking lot on Lowell Street. Police were able to secure keys and shut the vehicle off, determining it was an oversight. (2:49am)
A Chestnut Street caller reported rocks from his rock wall appeared to have been dislodged overnight, possibly from a plow. Police contacted DPW, which agreed to push rocks back in. (9:04am)
A Floradale Avenue resident reported the lashing from a communication wire is hanging low across his driveway at eye level. Police notified Verizon. (11:08am)
