WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, February 20, 2026:
A Chestnut Street caller reported a deceased coyote on the side of the road. Police responded and removed the animal. (8:52am)
M. Jones (43, Everett) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Revoked Or Suspended Registration; Uninsured Motor Vehicle; and License Not In Possession. (12:06pm)
A caller reported train gates on Concord Street have been down for about 10 minutes. Train went through 4 minutes ago. Police responded and confirmed gates were down. Police tried to notify Keolis, but they were not answering. MBTA Police notified. Gates eventually went back up. (7:37pm)
