Below is an obituary from Methuen Family Funeral Home:
MANCHESTER, NH — Beverly G. (Christison) Morin, 90, of Manchester, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, February 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was the cherished and devoted wife of the late Arthur T. Morin, sharing many happy years together.
Born on September 11, 1935, in Methuen, Massachusetts, Beverly was a proud lifelong resident of the area, growing up in a close-knit community. She graduated from the historic Edward F. Searles High School in Methuen with the Class of 1953.
Beverly began her professional life as a realtor with Yameen Realty in Lawrence. She later brought her strong work ethic and friendly demeanor to customer service roles at Parlex Corporation in Methuen and Altron, Inc. in Wilmington, excelling in supporting colleagues and customers alike until her retirement.
A woman who found joy in life’s everyday beauties, Beverly had a true passion for gardening, nurturing vibrant flowers and plants that brightened her surroundings and reflected her caring heart. She was an enthusiastic crafter, always creating thoughtful handmade treasures, and an avid reader whose “voracious” love of books carried her through countless stories and adventures from the comfort of home. Jigsaw puzzles were a beloved pastime—often a relaxing ritual shared with family or tackled solo with quiet determination. One of her greatest delights was traveling with her dear friends, especially their lively outings to Foxwoods Casino, filled with laughter, excitement, and the simple fun of time spent together.
Beverly will be forever remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness, resilience, and gentle humor left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She is survived by her loving daughter, Brenda F. Groves, and son-in-law, Dana, of Manchester, NH; her cherished sister, Shirley Sirigos of Methuen; her grandchildren, Gina and Thomas Miani; her step-grandchildren, Shanley Royce and her husband, Ryan, and Angela Hehir and her husband, John; her great grandchildren, George, Russell, Greer, and Otto; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will carry her memory with deep affection.
She was predeceased by her two sons, Ronald and Larry Morin, and her sister, Eleanor Deroche, whom she loved profoundly.
Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Beverly’s life during calling hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Methuen Family Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen, MA. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately at a later date.
