WILMINGTON, MA — Lori Penney, of ERA Key Realty Services, has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
As demand for senior-focused real estate services increases, Penney joins a dedicated group of professionals educated to assist clients in selling, buying, relocating or refinancing properties, according to the NRA. The SRES® curriculum covers topics such as aging-in-place, financial options and effective communication strategies.
Penney is the leader of ERA Key’s Team Blue, which last year was named the number one team in ERA Real Estate. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Distinctive Properties Specialist and a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
