Wilmington Police Arrests & Charges Woman With Operating Under The Influence After Crash

WILMINGTON, MA — Chief Brian Pupa reports that the Wilmington Police Department arrested and charged a woman with drunken driving.

MARYLIN CUNNINGHAM, AGE 58 of WILMINGTON, was arrested and charged with: (1) Operating Under the Influence (Second Offense) and (2) Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

On Wednesday, Feb. 11, at approximately 3:05 p.m., Wilmington Police responded to a business complex at 235 Main St. for reports of a woman who had crashed into multiple parked vehicles.

Upon arrival, officers discovered three parked cars that sustained damages. There were no injuries.

Officers located the driver, CUNNINGHAM, and conducted field sobriety tests. As a result, CUNNINGHAM was placed under arrest.

CUNNINGHAM was scheduled to be arraigned in Woburn District Court on Thursday.

These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
