The New England Woodcarvers is holding a special carving event from 9am to 4pm in the basement of St. Thomas Church (126 Middlesex Avenue). This event is open to the public. Attendees may come and go as they please. Bring $7 for a pizza lunch, or bring your own sack lunch. The event features carving projects for attendees with different skill levels. February’s carving projects include a Small Heart Bowl; Heart Angel; and Cute Little Penguins. Attendees may also bring their own projects to work on.
Wilmington Travel Basketball is holding its annual Parents Night Out Fundraiser from 7pm to 11pm at the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks (777 South Street). The evening will include raffles, dj, and a cash bar. Bring your own food. Tickets can be purchased for $25 at the door. Tables of 10 can purchased in advance on Venmo using @WTB_Treasurer_1.
The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following events and activities: Take Your Child to the Library Day (9am-5pm).
