S. Chavez (42, Chelsea) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Failure To Stop/Yield. (6:33am)
A caller reported he was forced off the roadway into a snow bank on Lowell. Police responded to road rage incident. Police determined there was no accident. They spoke to both parties and sent them on their way. (11:03am)
North Reading Police reported a vehicle was off the road on Salem Street. Wilmington Police responded. No injuries. Driver’s husband is on scene to pick her up. Vehicle towed. (3:54pm)
