WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, January 27, 2026:
A caller reported a vehicle struck his on Lowell Street and continued on. Caller was following vehicle. Police responded. Second party wasn’t aware vehicles made contact. Very minor damage. Police assisted with paperwork exchange. (2:17pm)
A driver was cited for unregistered vehicle and red light violation near St. Dorothy’s Church. Vehicle towed. Police gave driver a courtesy ride back to her home in Tewksbury. (4:56pm)
Caller reported train gate at North Wilmington station appears to have been struck. Police notified Keolis. (9:57pm)
