BOSTON, MA — Atlantic Capital Partners announced the sale of two office buildings at 226 and 230 Lowell Street in Wilmington, Massachusetts, for $10 million. The properties are located at the signalized intersection of Lowell Street (Route 129) and Woburn Street in Middlesex County, offering easy access to Interstates 93 and 95 and connectivity to Greater Boston, the Merrimack Valley, and southern New Hampshire.
The sale was led by Atlantic Capital Partners’ team, including Justin Smith, Head of Capital Markets; Chris Peterson, Executive Vice President; Danielle Turpin, Senior Associate; and John Dixon, Analyst. The firm exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
226 Lowell Street is a 40,899-square-foot office/light industrial building, fully leased to a mix of local and regional tenants, and includes a large parking area, offering potential for future redevelopment. 230 Lowell Street, totaling 20,989 square feet, is occupied by medical, retail, and traditional office tenants, providing diversified income. Both properties have strong tenant tenure and have received recent capital improvements, minimizing near-term investment needs for the buyer.
