WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, January 14, 2026:
A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Shawsheen Avenue. Police and Fire responded. One vehicle towed. One person was transported to Lahey Hospital with injuries. (7:36am)
A Wilton Drive resident reported a lizard was in house. (9:58am)
Police received reports of four juveniles riding 4-wheelers on Salem Street, heading towards Middlesex Avenue. Police were unable to locate. (3:15pm)
Vehicle was stuck in an embankment on Main Street. Tow truck was able to pull vehicle out. (7:05pm)
A caller reported hearing 2-3 male parties fighting up by the town on Eagle Road. She believes she heard a gun shot and then the vehicles left the area. Police responded and caught up with the vehicles. Parties stated they were playing a game of hide and seek. No signs of a fight or visible injuries were observed. (9:16pm)
