WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, January 13, 2026:
A&S Towing Company reported a possible missing vehicle. Police responded. Vehicle may have been picked up by owner in December. (5:09pm)
A walk-in party reported a past hit and run on his vehicle while pared in the Planet Fitness lot. (5:12pm)
M. Burgess (31, Reading) was arrested for Violating An Abuse Prevention Order; Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; and Marked Lanes Violation. Burgess’s vehicle crashed into a tree on Aldrich Road. Burgess was injured and transported to Lahey. Street was shut down. Vehicle was towed. (7:44pm)
