WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Monday, January 12, 2026 at 7pm in Room 9 of Town Hall.
There are some noteworthy items on Monday night’s agenda, including:
— The Select Board will consider rescinding their vote to demolish the Buzzell School and endorse recommendations of Town Manager for use of various town buildings.
— Wilmington Fourth of July Committee Chair Patrick Giroux will have various requests regarding the use of town-owned land for the 2026 Fun on the Fourth, 2026 Fall Fest, and 2026 Tree Lighting, plus a carnival permit request for the Fun on the Fourth.
— Joseph Maselli and Suzanne Sullivan of the Wilmington Economic Development Committee will present proposed changes to the Select Board’s rules and regulations regarding alcohol beverages.
— Code 1 BBQ is requesting to obtain an all alcohol license.
— New owner of Heavn’ly Donuts (“Mr. Donuts LLC”) is requesting a common victualer license for its location at 579 Main Street.
— Brian Veloza, a candidate for the vacant Board of Appeals seat, will be interviewed by the Board.
— The Town Manager will provide an update on the move to the new Town Hall.
